You provide the bare PCB and metal parts. We solder and ship back. You inspect. You place a formal order only if satisfied.
Trial soldering for 50 pieces requires prepayment of the soldering fee. This fee will be fully deducted when you place a formal order.

Thickened pads, slotted openings, pre-embedded rivets — pads are naturally pull-resistant
SMT/Soldering Stage
Positioning fixtures, preheating + localized heating, through-hole reflow — soldered straight, fully filled, no cold joints
Post-Assembly Stage
Adhesive reinforcement — USB, D-sub stay tight even after repeated plugging and unplugging
