Complete file package for precise quoting and seamless NPI

| Gerber | PCB production | RS-274X. Includes copper, solder mask, silkscreen, drill files. Our engineers verify layer stackup and impedance control. |
| PCB Source | Design review | Altium, PADS, Cadence, KiCad. We offer DFM optimizations based on your source files. |
| BOM | Bill of Materials | Excel/CSV with references, part numbers, specs, brand, quantity. We check lifecycle, RoHS compliance, and suggest alternatives. |
| Pick & Place | SMT placement | XY Data with coordinates, rotation, reference designators. Used for accurate, traceable SMT assembly. |
| 3D Drawing | Structural verification | STEP/IGES format. Includes board thickness, component height. We check mechanical clearance and connector alignment. |
| 2D Drawing | Outline & mounting | DXF/DWG. Includes board outline, tolerances, keep-out areas. Critical for panelization and assembly tooling. |
| Assembly Drawing | Assembly reference | PDF format with component locations, polarity, test points. Used for first-article inspection and visual reference. |
| Test Documentation | Functional testing | Test point locations, procedures, program instructions. We design custom test fixtures based on your docs. |
