Our Boundaries
Our Boundaries
Our goal is to make each project successful — not to pursue scale or templated solutions. We match sufficient engineering and production resources to each specific project.
We categorize project types and consolidate similar projects. Consolidation reinforces our experience — similar projects require no additional development effort, which improves project success efficiency. Introducing a new project means developing new production experience.
We do not simply manufacture according to the customer's drawings or requirements — unless the customer specifically asks us to. We optimize the customer's drawings and requirements, and only proceed with engineering and production after the customer confirms.
Because during the manufacturing process, we may make new discoveries that can be applied to your product — discoveries that are beneficial to you. Improving production and optimizing your product based on new discoveries may cause the actual delivery date to differ from the original plan. We recommend that the actual delivery date prevail. If you insist on the original lead time, we can deliver as you request.
We will perform secondary design on your product based on relevant product certifications. After the product obtains the corresponding certification, we will send the secondary design drawings and the certification documents to you for acceptance.
Our expectation of our customers: you need to assign two people to work with us — one is a purchasing person responsible for placing orders, and the other is an engineer responsible for product production. We can accept that you do not have a purchasing person, but you must have an engineer. Unless your product is very simple and involves no complex engineering matters.
We accept consignment manufacturing. The materials we accept should be those that our production line cannot produce. We do not accept PCBs or semi-finished PCBAs as raw materials — this would pose a risk to our SMT line and to the quality of the final product. We accept materials other than PCBs, such as electronic components, plastic/metal enclosures, cables, etc.
We will set up a product library for your products and manage them. You only need one PO, specifying which product, and we can start production. Your purchasing person will know exactly which products you have with us and what those products look like. Even if your company changes its purchasing personnel, it will not affect your ability to place orders with us conveniently.
