I. Core Process Parameters
Minimum Cut Line Width ≥0.05mm (50μm) — depending on material thickness; precision grade down to 0.05mm
Cutting Accuracy ±0.025mm to ±0.05mm — repeat positioning accuracy ±0.025mm
Minimum Character Size Chinese 2×2mm / Letters 1×1mm — suitable for fine pattern cutting
Maximum Cutting Thickness ≤3mm (thin‑gauge stainless steel) — typical capability of precision laser cutting machine
II. Cutting Quality Indicators
Kerf Width 0.1mm - 0.3mm — narrow kerf, high material utilization
Heat Affected Zone Small — minimal deformation, no surface damage
Cut Edge Quality Smooth and clean — generally no post‑processing required
Mechanical Stress None — no shearing burrs on cut edges
III. Applicable Materials
Stainless Steel (304/316, etc.) Precision cutting — thin‑gauge, various shapes: irregular holes, mesh, slots
