Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, please review our standard working terms below. By proceeding with an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Our Service
We are a PCBA/OEM manufacturer offering one-stop electronics manufacturing. We build your product based on your provided files and specifications. Upon your request, we can ensure compliance with standards like CE, IPC, UL, IP, and ROHS.
Our engineering teams (PCB, PCBA, molding, 3D, materials) are here to support your project. Your cooperation in communicating with our team is essential for project success.
2. Production & Quality Process

  • Samples are Key: Before mass production, we will provide samples for your approval. The approved sample is the reference standard for quality acceptance of that production batch.

  • For Repeat Orders: We may provide a sample from the new batch for your confirmation before we proceed.

  • Industry Practice: A low statistical defect rate is inherent in PCBA electronics. To account for this, we typically include a small percentage of extra units in your order quantity at our discretion.
3. Materials & Logistics

  • We can source all materials or work with your provided materials.

  • Import Duties: Any import duties/taxes for your materials entering China are your responsibility. Similarly, import duties at your destination country are your responsibility.

  • Shipping: Standard method is air freight. Shipping insurance is to be arranged and paid for by you. In some cases, we may agree to share half of the insurance cost. 
4. Lead Times & Payment

  • Lead Time: Initial quoted lead times are estimates. Actual delivery can be affected by communication, material sourcing, and production flow. If you have a fixed deadline, please discuss it with us for written confirmation before order placement.

  • Payment Terms:

  • Standard Terms: Full payment is required before production starts.

  • Payment Methods: We accept PayPal and T/T. All transaction fees are borne by you.

  • Flexible Options: For large or long-term projects, we can discuss a customized installment plan (to be completed before shipment). Fee waivers are considered only for established strategic partners or exceptional projects.
5. After-Sales Support
We stand behind our work. Please inspect goods upon receipt.

  • Standard Coverage: We will address any quality issues reported within 3 months of your receipt of goods, through mutual consultation.

  • Beyond 3 Months: Support after this period is not standard but may be provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
